1. Meet & Greet
You and our recruitment consultant will be given the opportunity to meet one another and discuss your hiring needs. During the meeting, you will discuss aspects of the role, team dynamics and the company culture.
2. Source & Screen
Once our team has all the information we need, we will begin sourcing candidates. We will be utilizing various strategies to find candidates who meet the expectations of the role. Once candidates are identified, we will discuss the role and company with them. We will learn about their skill sets and analyze their compatibility with the company.
3. Preview & revise
Once we have identified qualified candidates who are interested in joining your team, we will send the hiring manager a resume as well as a write-up of our feedback from our interaction with the candidate and information they provided that may not be listed in the resume but could prove to be beneficial to the role. During this time we will anticipate feedback regarding the specific candidate as well as provide any necessary feedback to the hiring manager regarding trends or data found during our sourcing efforts relevant to finding and retaining top talent.
4. Rinse & Repeat
Once both sides have provided feedback, we will move forward to the necessary next step. If the candidates we provided were ideal and the position has been filled, we can then discuss any other positions opened and continue our sourcing efforts. If the search needs adjustment, we will revise our search and send additional candidates for your review until the position has been filled.
